As a Visual Merchandising Partner, you’ll design inspiring and eye‑catching displays in our shop windows to entice customers into our shops, encouraging them to buy our products. You’ll create a meaningful shopping experience for each and every customer who walks around our shopfloor with exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver market‑leading merchandising and presentation standards.
- Work on seasonal and floor layout changes effectively and efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
- Show flexibility to support across other areas of the branch and departments when required.
- Share knowledge and expertise with visual merchandising and branch colleagues to develop the departments and branches performance.
- Carry out stock handling and systems processes to minimise business risk and loss.
