About the role
As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you\’ll add value to the efficiency and profitability of the shop where you are based and be an integral part of the team. You\’ll investigate trends and report on key themes regarding shrinkage to protect our profits. You\’ll also patrol the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.
Note: You need to be 18 or older to work in this role. You’ll work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a point of contact for Profit Protection issues and escalate as needed.
- Mitigate malicious harm to Partners and Customers.
- Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.
- Address all aspects of shrinkage, including dishonesty, procedural failure, and errors.
- Support and coach Partners to minimise shrinkage and follow procedures.
- De-escalate conflicts professionally; may involve detaining or banning offenders.
- Support investigations when required.
Essential Skills/Experience

- Experience in loss prevention or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
Full-time hours (37.5 per week) across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends.
