John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Food Production Lead for the National Distribution Centre at Magna Park. You will shape the menu, balance nutrition with inspiration, and oversee three kitchens and a team of 12 Partners in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, delivering high operational standards and world-class food safety.
This role collaborates with the Engagement and Hospitality teams to provide holistic campus support, while managing the kitchen budget, stock, and ordering to hit food cost.
