About the role
As a Food Coordinator and Coach, you\’ll be working with our Catering Partners to ensure they have all of the key skills they need to provide our customers with an excellent hospitality experience each and every time. You\’ll be working both in the kitchen and front of house to achieve the highest culinary standards and a seamless operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Sharing your knowledge and passion to deliver training in an effective way, passing on your expertise of food preparation to the rest of the Catering team.
- Creating a market-leading customer experience while maximising sales, minimising wastage and exceeding customer service targets.
- Working in the kitchen and front-of-house alongside Catering Partners
- Delivering the central hospitality teams vision of the menu and meeting the defined presentation standards.
- Assuring the end-to-end ordering process is managed and support the Team Managers in all aspects of food safety compliance and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate your passion for service and great food, always showing a desire and drive to learn and develop, acting as a role model to others in your team.
Essential skills/experience you\\\’ll need
- Previous employment in a catering environment.
- Previous kitchen experience.
- Previous training or coaching experience.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
- Food Safety Levels 1-3 (training for these will be provided).
- Customer-facing selling or service environment experience.
- Administration experience.
- Good computer literacy skills.
