Are you a skilled installer of Curtains, Poles, Tracks, and Blinds?

We are seeking professional Contractors to join our London-based installation team to provide a market-leading experience for our customers.

As the final touchpoint in the customer journey, your expertise and service are paramount to our success.. .

The Role.

You will be responsible for representing the John Lewis brand in customers' homes, ensuring a 'Right First Time' installation that exceeds expectations.. .

Logistics: Collect products and required paperwork from local John Lewis Buildings across the UK before heading to scheduled installations..

Installation: Expertly install a range of products, including Tracks, Poles, Curtains, and Blinds associated with John Lewis soft furnishings..

Customer

Excellence: Deliver high-quality installations while engaging and delighting customers with exceptional service..

Collaboration: Work effectively with our internal admin teams and branch stock management partners to ensure a seamless operation..

Pay : Rate card is set for all jobs / items, the more installed right first time the higher the earnings. . .

Contractor Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following.

  • Insurance: Public Liability insurance with a minimum cover of £2 million..
  • Compliance: A recent Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Equipment: A suitable vehicle for the size and type of goods to be carried, along with your own professional tools..
  • Technical Proficiency: Confidence in using IT systems to receive work schedules, communicate with the admin office, and submit invoices..
  • Customer Service: Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to representing the brand professionally.. .
