About the role
As a Customer Assistant in one of our John Lewis shops, you\’ll ensure our difference is felt through outstanding customer service and exceptional in-store experiences that set us apart from competitors. You\’ll also maintain shop standards through displays, stock management, and cleanliness. Knowing your customers enables you to provide the best service and foster long-term loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Use your product knowledge and sales training to drive sales and increase profits.
- Prioritize the customer, understanding their needs and resolving queries.
- Support the team flexibly across various shop tasks, including till support, stock replenishment, and shop-keeping.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Support accurate stock counts to help protect profits.
