Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our E-Commerce Operations & Site Effectiveness team as an Assistant E-Commerce Content & Operations Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract/secondment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the planning side of seasonal, cross category campaigns within the Plan & Brief team.
- Support delivery for content onsite and optimise site effectiveness across end-to-end customer journeys.
- Measure performance of content and site activation and drive continuous improvement and optimisation for existing and future activities.
- Suggest and support onsite improvements to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction through accurate and effective content curation.
- Support the planning and execution of the E-Commerce customer and trading plan, campaigns and category priorities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Category and Brand Growth teams to understand strategy, trading priorities and growth levers, using data-led prioritisation to manage competing demands.
- Influence and work with stakeholders across Customer & Trading teams to maximise trading performance.
- Work closely with: Category & Brand Growth Teams, Creative & Web Publishing, Digital Marketing / CRM, Trade & Customer Marketing, Trade Planning & Optimisation/PLO, Product / CX.
Qualifications & Skills
- E-Commerce experience with the ability to influence conversion, traffic and average order value through multiple digital and trading functions
- Numerate with strong data-analysis orientation
- Commercial acumen
- Content & Site Effectiveness experience – briefing and activating campaigns and customer/trading priorities, customer journey improvements
- Planning and campaign management with understanding of end-to-end processes and critical paths
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience using Content Management Systems
- Adobe Analytics and Content Square proficiency
- SEO content experience
- Influencing skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Additional Information
- Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience
- Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
- Working pattern: Hybrid working (combination of office and home). Team aims for 2-3 days/week in the office.
- Location: London Head Office campus in Pimlico
- Vetting: Some roles are subject to pre-employment vetting (e.g., DBS checks). If required, you will be informed and provided with information during recruitment.
