About you:

You'll need to demonstrate your flexibility and adaptability as you understand where the needs of the shop and our customers are at different times in your day and be ready to help out your colleagues when needed.
Although task focused, customers are still your number one priority. Offering to help them where you can or finding them help if not. You'll be an ambassador for our cherished brand and make a difference to the impression they have about the John Lewis brand. Keeping them returning again and again by earning their trust and loyalty for a lifetime. All the while helping to maximise on sales and profit.

Our Catering Assistants work in either our customer restaurants or staff canteen,
- Offering great customer service
- Taking pride in food preparation
- Presenting dishes to produce high-quality delicious food.
- Have a flexible approach and demonstrate enthusiasm in all tasks.
- Supporting with catering related tasks, including assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries
