Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for your assigned cohort, providing strong pastoral support and promoting a culture of high expectations.
- Deliver a structured tutorial programme to support academic progress and personal growth.
- Track student progress, set meaningful SMART targets, and ensure positive outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with teaching staff, Area Leaders, and support teams to address individual student needs.
- Promote essential study skills, resilience, critical thinking, and independent learning.
- Support students through key milestones, including enrolment, UCAS applications, and career progression.
- Provide clear communication to students, parents, and colleagues to ensure student success.
What We’re Looking For
- Honours degree or substantial relevant experience (Desirable).
- Level 2 qualifications including English and Maths (Essential).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young people, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Effective IT skills and the ability to use technology to support learning.
- Experience in delivering workshops or group sessions (Desirable).
