JLG runs multiple online events and in person events in partnership with various promoters as well as operates recurring membership platforms. We are looking for a full-time skilled, committed, and heart-centered Project and Event Executive. . ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Assist in Implementation and Execution of New Systems and Processes (i) Process Improvement and Event Automation: Help implement technology (e.g. event management software, automation tools) to streamline event processes, from registration to follow-up communications. Assist in the implementation of new event formats, technologies, or innovative approaches to enhance the attendee experience and differentiate company events in the market. Maintain a flexible approach to adapting to new processes or systems, assisting the team to ensure smooth implementation across the board. B. Project Management, Driving Event and Production Needs (i) Event Planning and Strategy: Help develop and execute comprehensive event strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, ensuring consistency across all events (live, virtual, internal, and external). Assist the management in creating event plans, including timelines, key milestones, sticking to budgets, and resources, ensuring all components are aligned with overall event objectives. Collaborate with leadership to set event goals, define success metrics, and ensure that events contribute to broader business development and marketing strategies. (ii) Pre-Event Preparation and Logistics: Help manage pre-event preparations, including creating detailed timelines, coordinating speaker bios and registration forms, securing venue logistics, and ensuring all materials (e.g. marketing collateral, AV requirements) are prepared in advance. Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and deliver successful event outcomes. (iii) Onsite and Virtual Event Management: Attend live events locally and abroad, including travelling to events. Assist in leading the end-to-end execution of live events across the globe, ensuring smooth on-the-day delivery, from attendee registration to venue setup and communications and speaker coordination. Help manage logistics and operations during live events, including helping hotel staff with setup, coordinating with event staff, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth transitions between sessions. Help with the execution of online events, ensuring smooth delivery, from attendee registration to webinar setup, webinar chat and speaker coordination. Support problem-solving during events, maintaining a proactive and flexible approach to ensure a high-quality attendee experience. C. Backend CRM and Product Delivery (i) Post-Event Follow-Up and Improvement: Help ensure that event replays, recordings, and materials are available to attendees as part of post-event value delivery. Assist in implementing continuous improvement practices to ensure future events are more efficient and impactful based on learnings from previous ones. (ii) Event Metrics, Analytics, and Reporting: Help track and analyse key event metrics, such as attendance rates, participant engagement, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates. Help prepare post-event reports, assessing event performance against KPIs and making recommendations for future improvements. Share post-event analytics with relevant departments and ensure follow-up actions (e.g. lead management) are executed. D. Relationship Management (i) Partnership Setups: Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including promoters, venue staff, external speakers, joint venture partners, and event sponsors, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration. Assist in managing the onboarding process for external speakers, including content review, scheduling, and technical setup. Help engage with high-profile partners and event sponsors to ensure their needs are met, maximising the potential for future partnerships and business development opportunities.
