East SILC is seeking a warm, committed Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our growing team at the John Jamieson site, 26 hours per week (4 days). The role supports learners with a range of needs, including complex medical and autism.
You will work with the team to support teaching and learning and address personal needs of learners. Permanent posts are subject to a 6-month probation, with a robust induction and commitment to professional development.
