We are a leading supplier of textile products to the global airline industry, providing high-quality onboard products including bedding, blankets, pillows and other passenger comfort items. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Executive / Sales Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the sales function and managing customer accounts. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, quotations, forecasts and account administration are managed accurately and efficiently. The role requires a highly organised individual with strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills and previous experience within a B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day account management activities.
  • Preparing quotations, pricing schedules and sales documentation.
  • Maintaining customer records and sales data within company systems.
  • Producing reports, forecasts and sales analysis using Excel and other business systems.
  • Monitoring order progress and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing customer communications via email, telephone and video/in person meetings where required.
  • Assisting with contract administration and commercial documentation.
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales support, account management, sales coordination or commercial administration role.
  • Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience working with international customers.
  • Experience within manufacturing, textiles, aviation or supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of AI tools.
