We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven Senior Lettings Consultant to join our team in Brighton. This role is perfect for a confident lettings professional with a strong sales record and a passion for delivering exceptional service, especially within the student rental market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out property valuations and appraisals
- Generate and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct viewings and negotiate lets
- Oversee and support junior team members
- Potentially manage a small portfolio of properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary plus commission, based on experience
- Opportunity to work with a well-established, respected, and growing agency
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days
- Working hours: Monday–Friday 8:45 AM–5:30 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM (typically 1 in 3); extended Saturday hours during August and September (9:00 AM–5:00 PM), with no annual leave during this peak season
