Om rollen
Som Supply Chain Coordinator har du en central roll i vår verksamhet och ansvarar för att koordinera och följa upp våra transportflöden – både inkommande och utgående. Du arbetar nära flera delar av organisationen såsom lager, inköp, produktion, butiker, transportörer och slutkunder. Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med att ha många kontaktytor, gillar att ha kontroll på detaljer och säkerställer att allt flyter på som det ska.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
- Inkommande leveranser: Planera, boka, koordinera och följa upp transporter från våra tillverkare globalt. Hantera transportdokumentation (fraktsedlar, tulldokument, aviseringar m.m.). Följa upp avvikelser och lösa problem tillsammans med relevanta parter. Vara kontaktperson mot transportörer och interna avdelningar. Informera internt om leveransstatus. Stötta lagret i planering av inleveranser.
- Utgående leveranser till butiker och partners: Planera och koordinera utgående transporter samt returer. Hantera tillhörande transportdokumentation. Följa upp och reklamera leveransavvikelser. Vara kontaktperson mellan lager och interna funktioner. Säkerställa tydlig intern kommunikation kring leveranser.
- Leveranser till slutkund: Följa upp att leveranser sker enligt SLA. Säkerställa att returer hanteras i tid. Hantera reklamationer, skador och leveransavvikelser.
- Övrigt ansvar: Arbeta löpande med att optimera transportflöden och identifiera förbättringar. Säkerställa att lagar, regler och avtal efterlevs (t.ex. tull och transportvillkor). Granska, följa upp och attestera fakturor kopplade till logistik och transporter.
Vi söker dig som:
- Har eftergymnasial utbildning inom logistik/supply chain eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
- Har erfarenhet av transportplanering, spedition eller logistikkoordination.
- Har god systemvana (ERP/WMS/TMS).
- Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska.
- Har erfarenhet av internationella transporter och tull (meriterande).
