We are looking for a highly organised, professional and proactive Administration Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a central role within school operations, requiring excellent communication skills, high levels of discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast‑paced environment. The postholder will be resilient and a strong team player, willing to be flexible and get involved in all aspects of school life.
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (8.30am – 3.30pm), Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year (term time only plus 5 INSET days per year). Flexibility with working hours may be considered for a suitable candidate and discussed at interview.
Salary: Bucks Pay Range 4, currently £31,424 to £33,735 FTE (actual salary for 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks p.a. is in the range £23,515 to £25,244).
