We\’re Hiring: Social Media Assistant

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team in Ipswich
What You’ll Do:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across all major platforms for all of the John Grose brands (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor engagement, track analytics, and help optimize performance
Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to keep our brand voice sharp and consistent
Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Support the Marketing team with advertising and local events
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for social media and digital storytelling
Strong writing skills and a keen eye for visuals and detail
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
Ability to design/ video editing skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Must hold a full driving licence to enable you to travel between our branches chasing the perfect picture for the gram. (A vehicle will provided for all journeys)

22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
A 5-day working week (we are open to discussing flexible hours)

This role is for up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm
