GT Events, part of The Good Travel Collective, is looking for a Group Travel Executive to join our fast‑paced, client‑focused Groups & Events team. You’ll help design and deliver high‑impact travel programmes for a varied client base, taking projects from initial brief through to successful delivery. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Business Travel Consultant who wants more variety, more ownership and the chance to work on project‑led group travel and events.

You’ll join an ambitious, values‑led, 6th generation family business with a five‑year growth plan, strong backing from the wider John Good Group, and a team that brings complex travel experiences to life.

Responsibilities
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering a responsive, high‑touch service throughout each group travel programme.
  • Turning client briefs into tailored, commercially focused travel solutions and compelling proposals.
  • Co‑ordinating end‑to‑end delivery, including bookings, logistics and on‑site support where required.
  • Managing budgets and supplier relationships to ensure best value, cost control and strong commercial performance.
  • Supporting team targets by improving enquiry conversion and spotting opportunities to enhance revenue and client experience.
  • Working collaboratively across the business while maintaining accurate records and meeting operational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong GDS (Amadeus) experience is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of airline operations, fares, and complex routing, with experience supporting or managing group travel.
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on accuracy, cost control, and delivering value.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt quickly to new systems, such as Evolvi and Travcom.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic, professional drive, and a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
  • Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Flexible and willing to travel as required.

Location
