My client is a global fintech organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth, providing an exciting and challenging environment for a senior HR professional looking to make an impact. They are seeking a commercial, strategic Senior HR Business Partner based in London with a global remit supporting highly complex client groups with senior stakeholders.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables from a people strategy perspective.
  • Interfacing with the broader HR team and business functions as well as centres of excellence to drive HR initiatives.
  • Ensuring engagement to deliver appropriate support in areas including transformation, talent management, succession, development, and leadership.
  • Working with C-Suite stakeholders to deliver critical people plans aligned to the business agenda.

This is a fantastic role for an individual with comprehensive HR Business Partnering experience within a global, matrix environment, preferably supporting technology or working in technology-led organisations that operate at pace with strong change agendas.

As an ideal fit for this position, you will have the following experience:

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and business leaders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly.
  • Extensive experience working as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced global matrix organisation, preferably within financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Broad experience in all aspects of the people agenda supporting client groups on a global basis.
  • Strong data-led decision making.
  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions.
  • High level influencing and communication skills.
