Project Co-Ordinator

London – 4/5 days in office

A global logistics organisation is seeking to hire a project co-ordinator to assist in the implementation of a new management system.

10 Month FTC
Base Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Candidates Should Have:

• Proven experience in a PMO or structured rollout project environment.
• Experience working in a low change environment.
• Familiarity with software rollouts, project methodologies, and control mechanisms.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (formula building, reporting), and working knowledge of Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and drive progress.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused, and able to take the initiative to ensure tasks are completed.
