In this position, you will engage with stakeholders to thoroughly understand current processes, workflows and procedures, highlighting areas for enhancement.

Gain in-depth knowledge of your assigned business areas by delving into the specifics of each business process and its intended outcomes.

Create and implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency, productivity and stakeholder satisfaction.

Pinpoint operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks, recommending improvements through business process modelling and reengineering techniques.

Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Assess the impact of implemented changes, capturing lessons and identifying further improvement possibilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a process analyst with a track record of documenting complex business processes and identifying improvements.
  • Knowledge of process mapping and modelling methodologies.
  • Understanding of process improvement approaches, preferably with Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvement artefacts across multiple or complex work programmes.
  • Competence with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Superior written and verbal communication.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Capacity to convey messages effectively to different audiences.
