Hybrid - 3 Days On‐Site
Supporting an existing logistics client, the role requires an experienced Business Analyst with strong ERP/Dynamics expertise and deep knowledge of finance and procurement processes. This is a business‐facing role supporting a significant digital transformation programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering BA work in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments and a track record of ERP system implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery activities, workshops, interviews, and process analysis
- Document and manage requirements for ERP, finance, and procurement systems
- Produce BA artefacts: user stories, process maps, use cases, workflows
- Validate solution design with internal teams and vendors
- Support data, integration, and process alignment
- Drive UAT planning, scripting, coordination, and defect management
- Support cutover, go‐live, and hyper‐care activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure adoption
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/Dynamics, finance, or procurement implementations
- Full lifecycle experience: discovery, requirements, testing, post‐go‐live support
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical, process design, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in environments with varying change maturity
- Experience in complex, multi‐stream programmes
- Knowledge of procure‐to‐pay, master data governance, and system integrations
- Background in consulting or large‐scale transformation programmes
