Responsibilities- Provide on-site IT support to clients
- Travel to client sites, generally within walking distance of the office
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud platforms
- Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc site visits, ensuring client systems are secure, up-to-date, and aligned with best practices
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional, timely, and empathetic interactions
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and share feedback with the wider team
- Stay current with Microsoft certifications and emerging technologies
- 3-5 years' service desk experience
- Previously worked for an MSP or had the opportunity to go to various client sites
- Windows & Mac troubleshooting experience
- Office 365, with experience supporting Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
- Windows server elements including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Troubleshoot and configure networking technologies such as WIFI, Firewalls & Routers
- Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktops desirable
- Following certs are desirable: MD-102, MS-700, CompTIA A+, Network+
