Business Analyst – ERP/Procurement

12‑Month Contract | Up to £600/day (Outside IR35)

Hybrid – 3 Days On‑Site

Supporting an existing logistics client, the role requires an experienced Business Analyst with strong ERP/Dynamics expertise and deep knowledge of finance and procurement processes. This is a business‑facing role supporting a significant digital transformation programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering BA work in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments and a track record of ERP system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities, workshops, interviews, and process analysis
• Document and manage requirements for ERP, finance, and procurement systems
• Produce BA artefacts: user stories, process maps, use cases, workflows
• Validate solution design with internal teams and vendors
• Support data, integration, and process alignment
• Drive UAT planning, scripting, coordination, and defect management
• Support cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure adoption

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/Dynamics, finance, or procurement implementations
• Full lifecycle experience: discovery, requirements, testing, post‐go‑live support
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical, process design, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in environments with varying change maturity

Desirable

• Experience in complex, multi‑stream programmes
• Knowledge of procure‑to‑pay, master data governance, and system integrations
• Background in consulting or large‑scale transformation programmes
