Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking to strengthen our construction delivery team with an experienced Air Conditioning Installation & Service Engineer. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems across a variety of sites, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The position includes a competitive rate of pay, pension, and paid holiday allowance. This is a full-time position (subject to a 3-month probationary period).

The Air Conditioning Installation & Service Engineer is responsible for working in accordance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and supporting a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake servicing, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning systems,
- Carry out installation, operation, and commissioning of HVAC plant and equipment,
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs,
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company standards, industry regulations, and best practice,
- Participate in an emergency out-of-hours call-out rota where required,
- Provide professional assessments and technical advice to clients,
- Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices,
- Complete dynamic risk assessments prior to starting work on site,
- Accurately complete all required paperwork or electronic reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer,
- Relevant HVAC / Air Conditioning qualification (e.g., NVQ or equivalent),
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills,
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations,
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team,
- Good communication and customer-facing skills,
- CSCS Card,
- PASMA and/or IPAF certification,
- Full UK Driving Licence.
