This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trainee Building Services Engineer at John Francis. The role is located in Dartford but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Trainee Building Services Engineer will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to building services engineering design RIBA Stages 0-7, site inspections, commissioning management and general construction activities.

Qualifications:

  • Flair for design around engineering subjects
  • STEM subjects GCSE, A Level and/or T Level
  • Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge
  • Experience in building design preferable
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills with Autodesk/AutoCAD preferable

There will be opportunity, for the right candidate to study Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
