At Paul Dubberley, part of the Connells Group, we are looking for a highly motivated Residential Lister – Estate Agent to join our fantastic Estate Agency team in Wednesbury.
OTE- £35,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

- In this role you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- You will be building rapport with new and existing clients and customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- You will also be maximising opportunities to book appointments for our in-house mortgage advisors.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Residential Lister:
- Estate Agency experience such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator
- Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Full UK driving licence
