What You'll Do
- User Support & Troubleshooting - Providing technical assistance to staff and students for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Account & Security Management - Performing password resets, account setups, and supporting multi-factor authentication while ensuring IT security policies are followed
- Hardware & Software Maintenance - Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer components, peripherals, and software applications, including operating systems and productivity tools
- Network Device Support - Assisting with the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of networked devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, printers, and interactive whiteboards
- Documentation & Escalation - Logging issues and resolutions in ticketing systems, maintaining accurate records, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers or vendors when necessary
