The Student Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the pastoral care, behaviour, attendance, personal development and safeguarding of an individual year group. This is a non‑teaching, student‑facing role focused on ensuring that every pupil is supported, safe, and able to thrive academically and socially. The postholder acts as the central point of contact for pupils, parents and staff regarding the year group’s progress and is also part of the whole‑school wider behaviour and safeguarding teams.
