John Ferneley College is seeking an exceptional Internal Inclusion Manager to lead our Inclusion Room and support pupils to learn, reflect and succeed in a calm, supportive environment. You will work with senior leaders, pastoral staff and teachers to remove barriers to learning and reintegrate students into mainstream lessons.
