Job Description:
We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Duty Officer to support our external hirings in the evening and weekends.
What do you need to do this job:
- Age 18 years+ and in good health
- Proactive and hardworking, a team player but happy to work alone
- Meet and open Gym/Sports Hall and other areas hired
What is involved:
- Greeting our customers hiring JFK facilities, ensuring their let with JFK runs smoothly
- Informing the Facilities Manager of any issues which may arise or you have resolved
- Set up equipment as needed, badminton nets etc.
- Check the areas to be used are clean and tidy and fit for use
- Set up small exam tables and chairs when required during exams
- Set up chairs for assemblies
- Sweep paths
- Lock and alarm the buildings and site after use
- There will be a full induction and shown how to set up badminton nets and alarm buildings.
