What you'll be doing:
- Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Supporting project delivery and engineering activities on-site
- Assisting with planning, programming, reporting, and technical coordination
- Working with design and project teams to solve technical challenges
- Developing practical engineering and project management skills
- Receiving mentorship and structured training throughout your journey
- Degree or NVQ in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- A genuine interest in the Civil Engineering industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good IT skills, including MS Office and AutoCAD
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Previous placement or site experience is advantageous but not essential.
