We are seeking Flexible Workforce Specialists to engage and support organisations in flexible workforce solutions. In this role, you will:
- Connect with businesses on flexible workforce requirements
- Structure flexible workforce solutions
- Support the placement and ongoing success of flexible talent

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with organisations to understand flexible workforce capability requirements
- Work with clients to define roles objectives, scope, duration and outcomes
- Identify and engage suitable candidates for flexible roles
- Conduct interviews and prepare candidate profiles
- Coordinate client–candidate discussions and onboarding processes
- Support ongoing engagements through scope adjustments, extensions or renewals
