KeyResponsibilities

• Engage with organisations to understand flexibleworkforce capability requirements
• Work with clients to define roles objectives, scope,duration and outcomes
• Identify and engage suitable candidates for flexibleroles
• Conduct interviews and prepare candidate profiles
• Coordinate client–candidate discussions andonboarding processes
• Support ongoing engagements through scopeadjustments, extensions or renewals
