WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR We're interested in people who can lead by example, bring out the best in their teams and help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer. You'll ideally have: Experience in management within hospitality, catering, restaurants or food retail. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. A hands-on approach to managing daily operations and supporting your team. A commitment to food quality, customer service and high operating standards. The ability to motivate people, solve problems and keep things running smoothly. Experience in a fish and chip shop is an advantage, but it's not essential.
