As a Technical Trainer, you'll directly impact the performance and success of our dealers by developing the skills, confidence, and expertise of their technicians. Your work will help ensure customers receive exceptional support on cutting-edge agricultural and turf equipment. What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging technical training programmes (both face-to-face and virtual) to dealer personnel
  • Coach and mentor technicians throughout their development journey
  • Assess technical competence and support career progression
  • Create high-impact learning experiences that deliver real value to delegates
  • Maintain and continuously improve training resources, workshop environments, and materials
  • Contribute to regional and global training projects and initiatives

A Typical Week Might Include

  • Delivering hands-on diagnostics training in a workshop environment
  • Running interactive virtual sessions with international participants
  • Coaching a technician through a development plan
  • Collaborating with global colleagues to enhance training content

We're open to a wide range of backgrounds. If you have strong technical background as well as training, coaching experience-even outside the Agriculture & Turf Industries -we encourage you to apply.

You'll bring:

  • A passion for developing others and delivering engaging learning experiences
  • Technical or mechanical experience
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Confidence using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams)
  • A full, clean driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working within a dealer network or field-based environment
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (formal or informal)
  • Formal training or instructional experience
