We are now looking for a Service Manager to lead a well established team of engineers to join their busy After Sales team.
Based at their facility in Perth, the successful candidate will be responsible for all Workshop and Field Operations throughout North Scotland and responsible for leading, supporting and developing a nationwide team of engineers. The successful applicant would also hold a place on the management group and be responsible for the continued growth of the companies aftersales business.

Primary Responsibilities & Tasks
- Responsible for all field and workshop activities in area of responsibility
- Responsible for the delivery of Service Department budget and other Key Metrics
- Pursues new possibilities to improve aftersales services
- Monitors high-level product problems/concerns and seeks commitment from appropriate departments/units so that necessary actions can be taken
- Develop and manage a team to achieve expected individual and department performance metrics and goals
- Builds and maintains customer relationships, including visits
You Will Have
- Experience of leading a modern customer support organisation in a dynamic and demanding environment, to provide market leading customer service
- Experience of managing a team of high performing engineers
- Ability to utilise modern business systems
- Knowledge of current H&S legislation
- Proven business acumen
