The John Deere Technical Trainer role is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the delivery and assessment of our training portfolio to our dealer personnel as well as supporting projects and activities across the wider John Deere business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all aspects of our Technical Training curriculum to our dealer network
  • Mentor dealer personnel to grow their capabilities during their development journey
  • Ensure we deliver value to delegates, through your training & facilitation
  • Be responsible for all components of virtual as well as face-to-face training delivery
  • Support the development of training delegates by conducting skills assessments and promoting career development opportunities
  • Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities and resources
  • Attend staff meetings, contributing to specific local and regional development projects and activities
  • Passionate about sharing your technical knowledge and developing the skills of others

Qualifications

  • Clean driving licence
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Industry experience is desirable but not a requirement
  • Training experience would be an advantage
