What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging technical training programmes (both face-to-face and virtual) to dealer personnel
- Coach and mentor technicians throughout their development journey
- Assess technical competence and support career progression
- Create high-impact learning experiences that deliver real value to delegates
- Maintain and continuously improve training resources, workshop environments, and materials
- Contribute to regional and global training projects and initiatives
A Typical Week Might Include
- Delivering hands-on diagnostics training in a workshop environment
- Running interactive virtual sessions with international participants
- Coaching a technician through a development plan
- Collaborating with global colleagues to enhance training content
We're open to a wide range of backgrounds. If you have strong technical background as well as training, coaching experience-even outside the Agriculture & Turf Industries -we encourage you to apply.
You'll bring:
- A passion for developing others and delivering engaging learning experiences
- Technical or mechanical experience
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Confidence using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams)
- A full, clean driving licence
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience working within a dealer network or field-based environment
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (formal or informal)
- Formal training or instructional experience
