The successful candidate will be capable of prioritising their own work, have good problem‑solving skills, be well organised and be capable of fostering trusting relationships. You will work in a strong supportive team that networks for success. We’ll invest in your skills and development; you’ll learn about our dealer partner’s commercial operations in a company where successful performance is rewarded.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing campaign administration, management of relationships for brand licensed products, liaising with central organisation, administering sales training strategy.
- Supporting data‑based decision making through maintenance of aftermarket reports.
- You support the team in their annual strategic planning and execution.
- You help dealers grow their capabilities, getting the best out of them, through training & facilitation.
- Become the expert in John Deere tools, tactics, and resources.
- Supporting our team to raise performance & optimise the business.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Clean driving license
- Degree/HND equivalent
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience in agriculture is not a requirement.
