We are looking for someone who is wanting to grow and develop new skills, someone who can support our aftermarket field team and build relationships with our dealer channel. The successful candidate will be capable of prioritising their own work, have good problem‑solving skills, be well organised and be capable of fostering trusting relationships. You will work in a strong supportive team that networks for success. We’ll invest in your skills and development; you’ll learn about our dealer partner’s commercial operations in a company where successful performance is rewarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing campaign administration, management of relationships for brand licensed products, liaising with central organisation, administering sales training strategy.
  • Supporting data‑based decision making through maintenance of aftermarket reports.
  • You support the team in their annual strategic planning and execution.
  • You help dealers grow their capabilities, getting the best out of them, through training & facilitation.
  • Become the expert in John Deere tools, tactics, and resources.
  • Supporting our team to raise performance & optimise the business.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Clean driving license
  • Degree/HND equivalent
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in agriculture is not a requirement.
