We are actively looking to appoint an 18T HGV Driver with HIAB experience to join our successful team in Broxburn. If you are a hardworking, flexible individual who enjoys working as part of a team this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Please note due to growth we will be relocating our Broxburn branch to Uphall in the near future.
Responsibilities- Efficient & safe operation of the vehicle
- Complete & on time delivery of orders to JDP customers
- Comply with all vehicle and drivers legislation
- Represent JDP at point of delivery, providing excellent customer service and upholding JDP's strong reputation.
- Eager and supportive individual willing to learn all aspects of our operations
- Possession of a Class C License and HIAB
- Some Driver CPC training completed
- Digital driving license (tachograph card)
- Knowledge of Health & Safety in a workplace
- Comprehensive understanding of driver procedures, including 'driving hours rules & regulations'
- Ability to plan the most efficient routes for the daily delivery schedule
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Must hold Class C licence. Having FLT experience would be beneficial.
