We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Herne Hill. You will take full ownership of your own portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee your own portfolio of residential properties.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance work, including full refurbishments.
- Ensure compliance across your portfolio by arranging required inspections (e.g., electrical safety checks).
- Negotiate and process the return of security deposits, handling disputes when necessary.
- Advise landlords and tenants on lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth tenancy management.
- Conduct routine property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords.
- Obtain and manage quotes for repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords.
- Arrange check-out inventories and oversee the move-out process.
