Our teams are meticulous, highly trained, and deeply knowledgeable about their local markets. With a strong national and international presence — and over half of our business generated through referral and recommendation — we continue to set the standard for exceptional service. We are now looking to appoint an inspiring Head of Sales to lead our Primrose Hill office.

About the Role

As Head of Sales, you will be accountable for the overall success and performance of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving all branch targets, including profitability, market share and overall office performance.
  • Driving both individual and team success through clear objectives, coaching and leadership.
  • Providing a high level of client service, overseeing market appraisals, instructions, negotiations and sales progression in line with our established processes.
  • Using data, feedback and market insight to deliver weekly client updates, offering strategic advice to support successful transactions.
  • Conducting monthly performance reviews with every team member, identifying strengths, development areas and training needs.
  • Ensuring full compliance with industry legislation and company service standards.
  • Overseeing all property marketing, ensuring listings are accurate, up-to-date and presented to the highest standard.
  • Producing and maintaining documentation for new instructions, including agency agreements, money laundering checks and fact finds.
  • Leading the recruitment process for the Primrose Hill office.
