About the role: The successful Pre Tenancy Coordinator will be responsible for: Manage high volumes of work to ensure smooth scaling of workload. The smooth running of all lettings administration duties. Carry out due diligence checks on clients and tenants and other relevant persons prior to the start of the tenancy. Arrange pre tenancy jobs such as; cleans and check ins. Work to tight deadlines to move in tenants while under pressure. Maintain the property register and window displays. The ability to understand the importance of legal compliance within the industry.
