About the Role
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding front-line customer service
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors to the branch
- Handle enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
- Support the team with lettings processes, including negotiation assistance
- Maintain high standards of presentation and customer care at all times
- Provide general administrative support as required
