Job Description
- Business & Functional Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering processes.
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions and process improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert for supply chain data, processes, and system functionality.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and operational performance.
- SAP Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions supporting supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Define data structures, fields, parameters, and governance rules within SAP.
- Ensure solutions align with global standards, system constraints, and enterprise architecture.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Data & Process Management
- Define what good data should look like and why specific data structures and standards are required.
- Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and process efficiency.
- Analyse complexities relating to master data, field dependencies, parameters, and global system restrictions.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of supply chain and operational data across the business.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT stakeholders to understand business challenges and priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices and process improvements.
