Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Master Data Domain Lead to join our team reporting to the Manager of Master Data Management. The Customer Master Data Domain Lead plays a pivotal role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining data standards within their domain to ensure seamless process execution. This individual is responsible for defining data standards, setting ownership models, and creating quality measures and KPIs under the scope of MDM Governance. They collaborate with MDM teams to define and implement data maintenance processes, ensure adherence, and measure effectiveness. Additionally, they define business rules for data quality, disseminate quality reports, review issues, and drive actions for resolution. The role also involves prioritizing improvement projects, managing data migrations, aligning resources from the business, and owning escalations. This position is integral to driving continuous improvement and fostering excellence in master data management practices. This role is based from our headquarters within Slough working Monday to Friday normal office hours. (hybrid working) Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to) MDM Governance: Defining data standards for the domain Defines quality measures and KPIs Master Data Maintenance: Working with MDM team defines data maintenance processes. Implements data maintenance processes in business. Measures process adherence Master Data Management: Circulates Data Quality reports at Tiered Meetings Review identified issues, drives for actions MDM Projects Defines and prioritises improvement projects/ migrations. Takes accountability for aligning support and resources from business The Individual Previous experience in a Master Data Management Role, preferably as a team lead. Ideally worked within a large organisation Process Ownership experience. Manufacturing B2B or B2C environment.
