We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide strong support to our Executive Vice Presidents. In this role, you will ensure the smooth handling of all administrative and secretarial functions, contributing to the efficiency of our executive office. This is a part-time, permanent position based out of our Slough HQ. Working days are Monday-Thursday.

  • Manage executive office administration tasks.
  • Handle high-level office calls and visitors professionally.
  • Arrange complex business travel, including hotel bookings, ticket reservations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on assigned tasks.
  • Review and process expense reports and travel requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
