Are you a friendly, enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference? We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work with students across the 11-18 age range who have physical and/or learning disabilities and support them directly in the classroom under the guidance of the teacher, or within our specialised Learner Support Department.
What We Are Looking For
- You do not need prior school experience, as all necessary training is provided. However, the following attributes and qualifications are essential:
- Reliability, patience, flexibility, and a good level of general knowledge.
- A minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics, English, and a Science.
