Are you a passionate, experienced educator ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) & Key Worker Lead to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and monitor high-quality Functional Skills lessons and targeted interventions, ensuring all students make excellent progress.
- Act as a dedicated Key Worker for a designated group of students.
- Offer classroom assistance to teaching staff.
- Provide essential exam access support.
- Provide line management and guidance to an allocation of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Key Workers.
- Ensure robust, high-quality support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
