John Charles Search is representing a leading supplier of high-quality storage solutions, recognised for its consultative, problem-solving approach and strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop, manage, and grow direct relationships with end-user customers. This role is focused on driving revenue by identifying new opportunities, increasing market penetration, and providing technical, commercial, and project-based expertise across storage systems, including pallet racking, shelving, mezzanine floors, and associated warehouse solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with customers.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to project completion.
- Promote the company's storage solutions portfolio directly to end-user clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and safety.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, and logistics) to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling material handling/storage products (racking, shelving, mezzanines, forklifts, warehouse safety equipment) directly to end users.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow customer relationships.
- Knowledge of storage solutions, products, and applications relevant to warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material handling workflows.
- Experience preparing professional written proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
